My approach is simple: I listen to understand your goals, challenges and constraints. I stand in the shoes of your learner to ensure practical solutions are considered and aligned with your organisational goals.

Forever practical, I’ll ask tough questions and think out loud just to get others’ good ideas flowing. I try to add value without adding unnecessary complications, time or cost.

TDX in the performance & learning community

The Institute for Performance and Learning (I4PL) exists to elevate the performance and learning profession by setting the standards for excellence in professional practice through a competency framework, code of ethics, and sought-after professional designations.

Robin co-authored the competency framework and developed the certification framework. She also Chairs the Certification Committee.

Established in 1995, the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) is the leading global authority on workplace Learning & Development.

Robin is a Fellow of the LPI, an Approved Accreditation Mentor and facilitates the Performance Consulting Masterclass.
